Already booked a party? Verify the email address you used at checkout to open your party form and guest consent link.
You can save your progress and return later. When you select “Save and submit,” we’ll receive your party details and any changes you submit.
Each child’s parent or legal guardian must complete their own consent form. Share the guest consent link with the families attending your party.
